Channel choice and coordination of fresh agricultural product supply chain

By constructing a dual-channel fresh agricultural product (FAP) supply chain consisting of retailer and supplier, this paper considers the effect fresh-keeping level on freshness perishable products constructs time-varying demand function based freshness. The operating cost internet channel to supplier has also been considered in model. Optimal pricing strategy profits members under dual channels are investigated respectively paper. Comparing optimal profit traditional single-channel chain, we obtain condition that should satisfy. Given situation where obtains while loses after introduced channel, proposes revenue-sharing contract make up for loss achieves win–win situation. Research shows numerical analysis supplier’s retailer’s can only be improved when c 0 ratio ? within certain range. When ? 0.4 $ 0\le {c}_0\le \sqrt{\frac{2.34{\psi }^2+1.25\psi +7.39}{8.43{\psi }^3+4.62{\psi }^2+5.72\psi +9.05}}+8.64$, Pareto improvement will attained both sides chain.
